โ We offer a full refund if your fax fails to deliver due to any technical issue on our end. No questions asked.
When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if: the fax failed to deliver due to a technical error on OverseasFax's systems; the Notifyre fax transmission service encountered an error; or your fax was never sent after a successful payment.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not available if: you entered an incorrect fax number; the recipient's fax machine was busy, turned off, or out of paper; the fax was successfully delivered but the recipient claims otherwise; or the document you uploaded was corrupted or unreadable before transmission.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@overseasfax.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your payment confirmation reference number (found in your Stripe receipt email) and a brief description of what went wrong. We will respond within 1 business day and process any approved refund within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method.
