Terms of Service

By using OverseasFax.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. OverseasFax is operated by Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC.

1. The Service

OverseasFax provides an online service that allows users to send fax documents internationally via a third-party fax transmission service (Notifyre). We are not a telecommunications company. We act as an intermediary service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OverseasFax only for lawful purposes. You may not use OverseasFax to send: spam or unsolicited communications; fraudulent documents; content that infringes on intellectual property rights; content that is illegal in the destination country or your country; or harassing, threatening, or abusive content.

3. No Guarantee of Delivery

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver your fax, we cannot guarantee delivery in all cases. Factors outside our control include: the recipient's fax machine being unavailable, busy, or turned off; telephone network issues in the destination country; and document format issues. See our Refund Policy for what happens if a fax fails.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Prices are shown in US Dollars and include all fees. Prices may change at any time but will not affect completed transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of OverseasFax. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific fax transaction in question.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to documents you upload. By uploading a document, you confirm that you have the right to transmit that document and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, governs how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of OverseasFax after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
